Boiler & Chiller Plant Building at Creedmoor Psychiatric Center Queens, NY

This 15,000 sft facility includes space for boiler and chiller plants, a control room, an electrical room, a three bay automobile service garage and related ancillary and chemical storage rooms. The project scope also entailed site development including parking for 135 cars and oil tank and containment areas. Though not a LEED project, the building incorporates many LEED strategies, including high efficiency boilers and chillers, controls, and site erosion controls.
