World Trade Center Back of House, NY

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey had a need to provide various Back of House Services to the Property Management Facility looking after the World Trade Center Site. A Pre-Stage 1 report was prepared to inventory some of these Back of House spaces already being programmed and develop a program for some additional Back of House spaces. One such program space was the Radio Repair Shop. The shop was to accommodate 4-8 workstations, a supervisor’s office, administration office, parts and equipment storage, restrooms, locker rooms and common breakroom/conference areas. The allocated space was analyzed for feasibility and programming schemes were prepared to provide various options to the users to best suit their needs.
