Al-Ain Center Mixed-Use Development,

The site for this proposed mixed-use development is located along the prestigious Corniche Road adjacent to the existing Forte Grande Hotel. The project included a 40-story five star hotel, a 24-story condominium tower, a World Trade Center office complex, an extensive shopping mall/entertainment center and a state-of-the-art health club. The concept underlying the design was that as many rooms in the Hotel and the Condominium towers must have a view of the beautiful waterfront.
