Boiler Chiller/Transportation Building 107 At Creedmoor Psychiatric Center

The Boiler and Chiller Plant is a 10,000 sft. building. The new building was designed to house an electric generator, boiler and chiller plants, a control room, an electrical room and ancillary & chemical storage rooms. The project scope entailed site development including parking and oil tank & containment areas. Though not a LEED project, the building incorporated many LEED strategies, including high efficiency boilers and chillers, controls, and site erosion controls.
