Loft Apartment Building

The project involved conversion of existing 8,000 SF tenement building into 5 loft apartments and a penthouse. The existing structure is enlarged to 8500 SF under the Quality Housing Program. The completely renovated apartment building is a fireproof structure with elevator and is ADA compliant. The existing small punch windows in the facade were replaced with a floor to ceiling curtain wall system and casement windows. The interior of each apartment is an open plan with modern, clean lines, exposed brick, maple floors and cabinets with corian countertops.  Each bathroom has natural light and ventilation. Each loft unit is centrally airconditioned and has a laundry facility.
